Welcome to the Tots Room (18 Months–2 Years) 🌼👣

The Tots Room is a calm, nurturing space created especially for our youngest busy learners aged 18 months to 2 years. At this stage, children are rapidly developing their confidence, communication and curiosity about the world around them — and we’re here to support every step. 💛

Our environment is thoughtfully organised to encourage safe exploration, with soft play areas, sensory resources and inviting activities that promote early learning through hands-on experiences. 🧸✨

The day in Tots is gently structured to provide security and routine, while still allowing plenty of time for spontaneous play and discovery. Children enjoy:

• Sensory and messy play 🖐️🎨
• Music, rhymes and movement 🎶
• Early mark making and simple crafts ✏️
• Outdoor play and short local walks 🌳👟

 Miss Kat works closely with each child, supporting emerging language, early independence at mealtimes, and growing social skills through warm, responsive care. 🤗

Rest time is carefully managed to suit individual needs, with children able to nap comfortably using their own bedding in a peaceful sleep area. 😴🛏️
