Toddlers
Welcome to the Toddlers room!
We have a designated Toddler Room here at the Nursery with plenty of space for fun. The toys are kept at a child friendly height and children are encouraged to make their own choices about what they wish to play with. There is plenty of interaction with the Early Years Educators who plan a balance of adult led and child led activities. Craft and water activities are a big hit in the Toddler Room at the moment - don't worry we have a huge supply of aprons!
The children enjoy a busy day with time set aside for story time and singing time etc. All children spend plenty of time outdoors either at the Nursery or during walks around the village, to the park or to the library. After a busy morning the children are able to take their afternoon nap (if required) in their own little bed with their individual bedding.
Our Educators are happy to help your little one master all those important milestones such as potty training, using a knife and fork - even tidying away their toys! Parents/carers are always welcome - pop in for a chat we are here to help.
